We started Shorebird to upgrade the investment advising experience. We said goodbye to suits and ties and said hello to technology and the future, creating an experience that has people wanting to plan and invest.
How Shorebird was Hatched
After co-founding Finch, a company that provides accounting and financial services to businesses and churches, Corey Johnson saw that people needed a solution for financial advising that was differentiated. Corey started pursuing the idea and found that he wanted to create something that offered what was actually needed – personally catered advice with a technology-driven experience that could be provided at a reasonable price.
Since then, Shorebird has been doing just that! Being able to offer the world-class service Corey imagined in a way that doesn’t eat into the investor’s wallet.
